Eventdio is a product operated by QAXPRO TECH LLP.
1. Digital delivery
Everything sold on Eventdio — event tickets, registrations and passes — is delivered digitally. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your ticket (with its QR code) is sent to the email address you entered while booking, and to your WhatsApp number where the organizer has enabled it. You can also open it any time from the booking page link in that email.
2. Delivery time
Tickets are delivered instantly after a successful payment, usually within a few minutes. If you haven't received your ticket within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us at support@eventdio.com with your name, email and phone number.
3. Physical items
Eventdio does not ship any physical goods. Where an event includes items such as a race kit, T-shirt or medal, these are handed over by the organizer at the venue or a kit-collection point they announce; any delivery of such items is arranged by the organizer, not by Eventdio.
