Eventdio is a product operated by QAXPRO TECH LLP.
eventdio provides self-service event storefront software, digital QR ticketing tools, gate check-in scanners, and roster management software. eventdio is NOT an event organizer, promoter, or ticket reseller. All events listed on eventdio.com are hosted and operated independently by third-party storefront owners ("Organizers").

1. Acceptance of Terms & Facilitator Status
By accessing, browsing, creating a storefront, or purchasing a ticket through eventdio (operated at eventdio.com and associated mobile check-in applications), you ("User", "Attendee", or "Organizer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
eventdio operates solely as a software technology platform connecting event creators with prospective attendees. We do not inspect venue safety, verify entertainment permits, manage physical crowd control, or participate in the direct management of events.
2. Organizer Storefront Accounts & Compliance
Event creators who initialize a Storefront on eventdio represent and warrant that:
- All storefront information, contact email, WhatsApp notification number, event titles, descriptions, and venue locations are accurate and kept up to date.
- They hold all mandatory local police permissions, municipality licenses, noise permits, fire safety clearances, and liquor licenses required to conduct listed events.
- They comply with applicable GST, income tax, and local commercial taxation laws regarding ticket revenues collected.
- They maintain full responsibility for attendee safety, venue accessibility, medical provisions, and emergency evacuation protocols.
3. Ticket Purchases, QR Code Verification & Entry
Upon successful checkout or free registration, eventdio generates a unique digital pass containing a secure QR code.
- Gate Scan Finality: Entry to the event venue is validated via gate scan using the eventdio scanner mobile app. Each QR code is single-use unless specified otherwise by the host. eventdio is not responsible for duplicated, screenshot-shared, or stolen QR passes.
- Dynamic Form Inputs: Attendees agree to supply valid personal information (Name, Email, Mobile Number, and custom host fields). Providing false identity information may result in ticket invalidation at gate entry.
- Age & Venue Rules: Attendees must adhere to all age limitations, dress codes, and conduct policies established by the Organizer. Organizers reserve the right to deny admission without refund for rule violations.
4. Payments, Platform Fees, Promo Codes & Refund Policy
All online monetary transactions are securely processed through integrated payment gateways (including PayU, Razorpay, and direct UPI/Card processors).
Refunds & Cancellations:
1. Organizer Discretion: Ticket refund eligibility is set individually by each Storefront Organizer. Attendees seeking a refund must contact the storefront host directly.
2. Platform Service Fees: Platform technology and gateway processing fees are non-refundable.
3. Event Cancellations: If an event is cancelled by the Organizer, the Organizer is solely obligated to initiate refunds to registered attendees. eventdio does not retain ticket revenues and is not liable for chargebacks or unissued refunds by Organizers.
4. Promo Codes: Promotional discount coupons are validated dynamically. Fraudulent exploitation or automated tampering with discount codes voids affected ticket bookings.
5. WhatsApp, SMS & Communication Consent
By registering for an event or creating a storefront, you explicitly consent to receive transactional communications, including ticket QR download links, payment receipts, gate validation updates, and event postponement alerts, via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp API notifications. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
6. Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination
Users and Organizers are strictly prohibited from:
- Listing fake, fraudulent, deceptive, or non-existent events.
- Reselling, scalping, or counterfeiting digital QR ticket passes for commercial gain.
- Posting illegal, hate speech, offensive, or copyright-infringing images/banners in Storefront Studio.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the eventdio platform API, mobile app, or database infrastructure.
eventdio reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently delete any Storefront or user account found violating these policies without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The eventdio name, logo (`EventdioMark`), domain, source code, user interface designs, and mobile apps are the exclusive intellectual property of eventdio. Organizers retain ownership of uploaded brand logos and event photos, but grant eventdio a worldwide, royalty-free license to render and display them on storefront pages, public URLs, and promotional materials.
8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVENTDIO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM:
- EVENT CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, OR VENUE MODIFICATIONS.
- PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR SECURITY LAPSES AT EVENT VENUES.
- PAYMENT GATEWAY DISRUPTIONS, BANK TRANSFER DELAYS, OR CHARGEBACKS.
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO ATTENDEE OR ORGANIZER ACCOUNTS.
Organizers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless eventdio from any claims, legal proceedings, damages, losses, or legal fees resulting from listed events or breach of these Terms.
