About Eventdio
About Us
Eventdio is a product operated by QAXPRO TECH LLP.
Eventdio is an online event registration and ticketing platform. Event organizers — running clubs, community groups, colleges, companies and venues — use it to create a branded storefront, publish events, sell tickets and registrations online, and check attendees in with QR codes at the venue.
What we do
- Event pages with online registration forms and secure online payments (UPI, debit cards, net banking).
- Instant digital tickets with QR codes, sent by email and WhatsApp.
- Live dashboards for organizers: bookings, revenue, capacity and attendee lists.
- QR check-in at the venue, bib numbers and finisher certificates for races.
How payments work
Attendees pay through our payment gateway partners. Eventdio collects the payment on the organizer's behalf, keeps a small platform fee (see Pricing) and settles the rest to the organizer. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Who we are
Eventdio is built and operated by QAXPRO TECH LLP, based in Kochi, Kerala, India.
